Do you wish you were more confident? Does it feel like something you’ll just never be? What if I told you that anyone can become confident. Would you believe me?
I’m naturally quite a reserved, introverted person. I wasn’t popular at school. I don’t have any big contacts. Yet, as a child, my parents sent me to elocution lessons, which led me to compete in local and national public speaking competitions. Later, I became a teacher and am now an entrepreneur, despite being small, introverted and unpopular. Believe me, if I can develop my confidence, you can too!
It starts with breaking the habits that are keeping you stuck and then practicing the strategies that build confidence. If you’re willing to practice, I know you can improve. You in?
In this episode, you’ll learn:
- The truth about confidence (which most people forget)
- 4 habits that are destroying your confidence
- How to become more confident
Think of this as a crash course in confidence. It might not seem possible, but in 10 minutes, you’ll know exactly how to become more confident in yourself. All you need to do is be open to change. Pull up a seat and let’s get started, shall we?
